ensure that there is no wear and tear, deformation or clogging.

2. Check whether the model and specification of the nozzle are matched with the equipment to avoid problems caused by mismatch.

3. Keep the working area clean to avoid dust, oil and other pollutants from entering the inside of the nozzle.

4. Install the nozzle correctly in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual to ensure that the nozzle is connected to the 

equipment closely and firmly.

5. Pay attention to the installation process, take care of light to avoid impact or damage to the nozzle.

6. During the production process, pay close attention to the working status of the nozzle, such as whether the adsorption force is stable and 

whether there is any air leakage phenomenon.
